Ireland's leading digital mortgage platform, doddl, has undergone a comprehensive customer-centric transformation, redefining its innovative and simplified brand identity. The primary objective was to translate this transformation into an online experience that revolves around the user.
The process initiated with a mobile-first approach, wherein I meticulously curated the user journey through persona analysis, extensive research, and design best practices. Whether aiding a first mortgage or a refinancing endeavor, the core focus was on removing complexities associated with an otherwise arduous and time-consuming task.
